Blessa air new video for ‘Unfurl’

Sheffield sweethearts Blessa are airing a new video for ‘Unfurl’, the standout track from their recent debut EP.

The Jem Talbot-directed clip is a bit like an episode of 60 minute makeover, only with way more extremes. The same dance sequence is repeated in different locations, different time frames. It’s cyclical, but each frame is a refreshing new take - that’s a little like Blessa themselves. They pedal music with a nostalgic undertone, but it feels like they’re taking it somewhere new.

‘Love Is An Evol Word’ (produced by Hookworms’ MJ) is out now.

Today (25th July) Blessa play The Cathedral, Sheffield for Tramlines Festival. They’ll also play SOuthsea Festival, 20th September.
