Blink-182: New Songs Before August Tour, Album Due September

Tom DeLonge has revealed Blink-182 plan to release new material before heading off on tour later this summer.

Speaking to radio station WiLD 95.5, DeLonge revealed: ‘We’ll be releasing a bunch of music before the tour, and then we’ll be dropping the album right smack-dab in the middle of the tour. Which is kind of September, I believe, is the thing they’re talking about.’

When asked about titles for the record, he replied: ‘The one that I want really bad I saw on an adult film list at a hotel. Not that I watch them. Or have the audacity to even read the titles.’

Blink-182 cancelled UK and European dates earlier this year to work on their first new album in eight years, but are set to head out on the 10th annual Honda Civic Tour with My Chemical Romance in August.
