Blue Hawaii share a new video for ‘No One Like You’

Back in July, Raphaelle ‘Ra’ Standell and Alexander ‘Agor’ Kerby announced that they’d be releasing ‘Tenderness’, their first album as Blue Hawaii in four years, on 6th October via Arbutus.

At the same time, they also revealed ‘No One Like You’, which took the pair out of their comfort zone a little and into the realms of classic disco. Now the track has a new video. Directed by the duo, it’s described as “a portrait into the ‘love of the real, love of the simple’” and “shows a day in the life of the broken heart, the broken phone, the broken moment”. Despite sounding quite bleak, the fuzzy clip actually exudes a bit of joy. Although she clutches to her phone and spends most of her time hanging out with her dogs (one real, one robotic), Ra also dances around exuberantly quite a bit.

Blue Hawaii have also announced a European tour, which will take place in November. As part of it, they’ll be playing in Glasgow, Dublin, and London before popping off around the continent. Tickets are on sale now.
