Blur are the bookies’ favourite to headline Glastonbury
Band have odds of 4/1 to replace Foo Fighters.
Hours after Foo Fighters announced their cancellation from the fest, Blur have emerged as early favourites to headline the Friday night of Glastonbury 2015.
The band have odds of 4/1 (supplied by Paddy Power) to replace Grohl and co. on the Pyramid Stage.
Florence + The Machine - currently second-from-top on the Friday night - has odds of 5/1. Stone Roses, Taylor Swift and Coldplay are also likely contenders, according to the bookies.
The likelihood of Kanye West headlining a second night at Glasto - because he’s Kanye - has been given odds of 12/1.
Elsewhere The Chemical Brothers, Elton John, Fleetwood Mac and Adele are in contention.
