Blur confirmed to headline Benicassim 2015
Band join The Prodigy, Portishead and Florence + The Machine.
Blur have confirmed their first festival headline appearance of 2015 - they’ll top the bill for Benicassim, taking place 16th-19th July.
Damon Albarn and co. will join Portishead, The Prodigy and Florence + The Machine as headliners for the Spanish fest.
Also on the bill: Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, Bastille, Jamie T, Kaiser Chiefs, Hinds and MØ.
It’s the band’s third confirmed appearance of the year since announcing their first album in twelve years, ‘The Magic Whip’ (out 27th April).
First up is a free West London show on 20th March - they then play BST Hyde Park on 20th June, with support from The Horrors, Metronomy, Drenge & more.
