Killer blow: Brandon Flowers cancels August leg of North American tour

The shows scheduled between 13th-19th August are axed from ‘The Desired Effect’ tour.
Brandon Flowers has been forced to cancel the remaining dates on his current North American tour.
Fan site The Killers News report that the second leg of dates between 13th-19th August are axed. Flowers was on tour in support of his recently released solo album ‘The Desired Effect’. A reason for the cancellation has yet to be issued.
The following shows have been cancelled:
AUGUST
13 Charlotte (NC), The Fillmore
14 Raleigh (NC), The Ritz
15 Norfolk (VA), NorVa
17 Atlanta (GA), Tabernacle
18 Orlando (FL), Beacham Theatre
19 Miami Beach (FL), The Fillmore
The website reports that the dates will not be rescheduled and that refunds will be issued to all fans who have purchased tickets.
