Brian Wilson of The Beach Boys is working on a new album
The album of “rock ‘n’ roll classics” could be out this year.
Beach Boys mastermind Brian Wilson has confirmed that he’s working on a new album.
In a new interview with BBC Radio 4’s Today programme, he states that the album of “rock ‘n’ roll classics” could feature new music and might even see release before the year’s out. It comes at the end of a year that saw Brian tour in support of The Beach Boys’ ‘Pet Sounds’ album, including a huge set at Primavera Sound festival in Barcelona.
Brian Wilson’s new memoir, helpfully titled ‘I Am Brian Wilson’ is out on October 11th.
