BRITs Nominations Launch Performers Revealed

Tomorrow (10th January) the BRITs Nominations Launch will take place at The Savoy in London, where those up for the 2013 awards will be announced. There will also be two performances on the night, the artists for which were announced this morning (9th January) - the first will come from BRITs 2013 Critics’ Choice Winner, Tom Odell, and the second from Jessie Ware.

Last year’s launch saw performances from Emeli Sande, 2012’s Critics’ Choice winner, and Ed Sheeran, who went on to win British Male Solo Artist and British Breakthrough Act. With Ware’s Mercury-nominated debut album ‘Devotion’ released not so long ago, it seems likely she’ll find herself amongst those nominated.

The event will be hosted by Radio 1 DJ Nick Grimshaw, with highlights available on the official BRITs YouTube Channel directly after the show. The main ceremony meanwhile will take place on Wednesday 20th February 2013 at The O2 Arena, London. It will be presented once again by James Corden, and exclusively broadcast live on ITV1.
