Brockhampton share video for ‘1997 Diana’
Directed by the band’s own Kevin Abstract.
After recently releasing ‘1998 Truman’ and ‘1999 Wildfire’, Brockhampton are back with the video for ‘1997 Diana’. The video was directed by the band’s own Kevin Abstract and takes place in a rowdy gym and locker room. Watch the video below.
The band announced their debut album ‘the best years of our lives’, due to be released later this year, last month. They’d been previously scheduled to release new album ‘Puppy’ earlier in the year, before band member Ameer Vann was kicked out of the band following allegations of sexual abuse. It’s not clear yet whether ‘Puppy’ has become ‘the best years of our lives’, or if it’s been scrapped and this is an entire new record.
Last month, the band also re-confirmed their summer tour dates; they’ll head across the US, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, including two dates at KOKO in London in August. See the full dates here.
