Charli XCX covers The Stooges’ ‘No Fun’
Track appears on the soundtrack for Vinyl.

Charli XCX has covered ‘No Fun’, originally penned by The Stooges.
The song appears as part of an official soundtrack for HBO series Vinyl. Martin Scorsese, Mick Jagger, Rich Cohen and Terence Winter were on curation duties, with The Arcs, Chris Cornell, Royal Blood and Julian Casablancas also featuring on the tracklist.
Charli’s cover arrives following the ‘Vroom Vroom’ EP, which saw her collaborating with producer SOPHIE and releasing via her own label, Vroom Vroom Recordings. The futuristic, shiny pop aesthetic is ditched for a brief moment, here - listen below.
The series itself airs its final episode on Sky Atlantic this Sunday, 17th April.
