Their version of Cyndi Lauper’s biggest hit soundtracks Cara Delevingne and Kate Moss modelling in a new MANGO ad.
Portland band Chromatics have covered ‘Girls Just Want To Have Fun’ for a new MANGO ad starring Cara Delevingne and Kate Moss. The song - originally by Robert Hazard - was made huge by Cyndi Lauper in the 80s.
Though there’s only a snippet of the dry ice drenched basement version out at the moment, Echo Park Records have confirmed that Chromatics will release the full cover “when the commercial starts airing on television worldwide later this month.” Management have also revealed that the band will release another single on September 8th, taken from their new album ‘Dear Tommy’.
