Another unheard Chromatics track has been shared this weekend, following a recent bevy of generosity from main producer Johnny Jewel. ‘White Light’ follows over a dozen songs released in the past month, which includes works from Glass Candy and Jewel’s own solo compositions.
‘White Light’ is a typically atmospheric track in the usual Chromatics mould. Ruth Radelet’s vocals sound like a lullaby which are partnered with guitar lines that echo with her in a solemn waltz. The track spirals into a tunnel of light, guiding the melody to an ending of twinkling keyboards.
