Daft Punk Confirm ‘Random Access Memories’ Boxset Details

Special edition of the Robots’ album isn’t a muted affair.

Daft Punk’s ‘Random Access Memories’ release wasn’t exactly defined by half-measures and ‘this’ll do”s. Their deluxe edtion of the returning record continues the theme. It’s extravagant - really, really extravagant.

The box set - which ships in early December - is priced at a ‘six Christmas’ come at once’ jawdropper of £175. It contains lots of things, though.

Namely:

- ‘An 8 page saddle stitched booklet’
- A ‘56 page cloth-bound, hardcover photo book of images from the RAM recording sessions’
- A ‘10” collector’s vinyl containing an extended interview with Giorgio Moroder’
- A ‘10” collector’s vinyl containing an extended interview with Giorgio Moroder’

It all comes in ‘vellum dividers printed with a circuit pattern texture inspired by the gloves of the Daft Punk Robots.’

Bloody hell. Sounds a bit half-arsed, being honest. (Pre-order yours here)
