Details of Camden Crawl Dublin Revealed
The London festival is crossing the pond and getting the Irish treatment.
It might be a well known London-based festival, but whoever thought that would hold The Camden Crawl back? Oh no! Today, details of the Camden Crawl Dublin have been revealed.
You might be thinking, ‘Hang on, Camden isn’t in Dublin’, but hold on, there is a Camden Street! And thus, the basis of the new festival.
The Meteor Camden Crawl Dublin will take place on the 11th and 12th May in fifteen different venues between Camden Street and Temple Bar.
One hundred international and Irish bands are set to play at the inaugural Dublin festival which has been running in London since 1995.
The first wave of bands to be announced as part of the line-up include Clock Opera, D/R/U/G/S, Le Galaxie, LaFaro, Lemonada, Becoming Real, We Are Losers, Jogging, Dutch Uncles, Lethal Dialect, Tieranniesaur, little xs for eyes, Alarmist, Hands Up Who Wants To Die, Laura Sheeran, Last Days of 1984 and Melodica Deathship.
Tickets with unlimited access to all venues are €40 for the weekend or €25 for a day and go on sale today from Ticketmaster and various Irish ticket outlets.
