Django Django’s new album ‘Marble Skies’ is out in January
They’ve also shared a video for ‘Tic Tac Toe’.
Back in early August, Django Django revealed that they had a third album on the horizon, which was called ‘Marble Skies’. They said it would contain a couple of guest appearances too, from the likes of Metronomy’s Anna Prior and Rebecca Taylor of Slow Club and Self Esteem.
Now, they’ve revealed that the new album will be out on 26th January via Because Music! It’s set to be a slightly more concise effort compared to ‘Born Under Saturn’, which will see the band treading back into the territory that they began exploring on their debut album. See the tracklisting below.
01. Marble Skies
02. Surface To Air
03. Champagne
04. Tic Tac Toe
05. Further
06. Sundials

The band have also unveiled a new video for ‘Tic Tac Toe’, directed by John Maclean. He explains: “The film could be about the fading era of the beach arcades, time moving too fast, love and games, horror and happiness but it is actually about a man who needs to go buy a pint of milk to make a cup of tea”.
They’ve also announced a couple of tour dates for November. They’ll be playing at LesinRocks Festival in Paris, and taking to the Assembly Rooms in Edinburgh.
