Django Django tease new release with video
The clip shows a series of records being date-stamped by label Because Music.
Django Django appear to be prepping a new release next week.
Yesterday, the London-based band tweeted an image featuring a release date of Monday, alongside details of a digital and vinyl release, with the title ‘First Light’, accompanied by the words “something new”.
Today, the post has been followed by a video showing the stamping of a series of white label vinyl. The stamp reads ‘Because Music’, ’12 Jan 2015’.
The band had already been thought to be following their 2012 self-titled debut with a new record this year, with a pair of live gigs planned next month in Edinburgh and Leeds. They also play this year’s Field Day.
