Dr. Martens’ #STANDFORSOMETHING Tour in association with DIY arrives in Cardiff
Eagulls, Mazes and Samoans will play Clwb Ifor Bach later today.
This evening (11th October), the Dr. Martens #STANDFORSOMETHING Tour in association with DIY will roll into Cardiff with Eagulls taking over Clwb Ifor Bach alongside DIY favourites, Mazes and Samoans.
“This year we have been playing some pretty big stages which is always great,” enthuses Eagulls’ vocalist George Mitchell, “but it’s still the small intimate venues that we love the most as that’s where we first started out. Having the crowd intertwined with the band will always create movement, and when there’s movement there’s energy.”
Mazes will perform an in store set at Dr. Martens in Cardiff ahead of the gig, with a 6.30pm session at the city’s The Hayes store - check out the full details below.
Other bands taking part in the 2014 #STANDFORSOMETHING Tour include We Are The Ocean in Liverpool, Los Campesinos! in Birmingham and Tonight Alive in Newcastle. There’s also a special soon-to-be-announced date in London - watch this space.
