El Vy share ‘Silent Ivy Hotel’
‘Return To The Moon’ is out tomorrow (30th October).
The National and Menomena’s side project El Vy release their debut album ‘Return To The Moon’ tomorrow (30th October), and have shared another track from the record in the form of ‘Silent Ivy Hotel’.
The track follows previously aired cuts ‘Paul Is Alive’, ‘No Time To Crank The Sun’, ‘I’m The Man To Be’, ‘Need A Friend’ and the album’s title track.
‘Silent Ivy Hotel’ showcases Matt Berninger working at his moody best, and is a slower, more typical show from the National frontman than some of the funkier cuts on ‘Return To The Moon’.
The band are set to play a run of UK shows in support of the album in December, including two sold out nights at London’s Electric Ballroom.
