English Teacher add extra London show to biggest UK headline tour to date
The Mercury Prize winning quartet will be heading out on the road again this November.
Not content with a summer of festival appearances, last month English Teacher announced plans for their biggest set of UK headline shows yet, and now, after selling out one of their London shows, they’ve added a second.
The quartet, who won last year’s Mercury Prize for their incredible debut album ‘This Could Be Texas’, have scheduled a seven-date run for this November that will make stops in Nottingham, Newcastle, Glasgow, Manchester and Leeds, before culminating with their largest shows in the capital yet. Originally scheduled to play The Roundhouse in Camden on 26th November, the band have now added another show at the venue the night before, on 25th November.
The quartet’s next headline run is scheduled to take place after the band play a slew of festival shows at the likes of Wide Awake, Bearded Theory and Get Together festivals.
Check out the band’s headline tour dates below.
