FIDLAR and Oh Wonder land new entries in the midweeks
Iron Maiden are on course to get the top spot.
Iron Maiden’s 16th studio album ‘Book of Souls’ is safely set to hit the top spot, according to midweek figures from the Official Charts Company.
The group are currently 30,000 sales about Jess Glynne, whose ‘I Cry When I Laugh’ is at #2. Last week’s number one - The Weeknd’s ‘Beauty Behind the Madness’ - drops down to #5.
New entries arrive from Oh Wonder, whose self-titled debut LP goes straight in at #22. FIDLAR’s second album ‘Too’ is slightly below, at #30. Elsewhere, Public Image Ltd are set to get their first top 40 album for 25 years with ‘What The World Needs Now’ at #25.
