First Aid Kit announce new album ‘Ruins’ with ‘Postcard’
The sisters’ fourth full-length will come out next January.

First Aid Kit announced their return at the end of last month with new single ‘It’s A Shame’. Klara and Johanna Söderberg have now announced full details of their fourth album, arriving next year.
‘Ruins’ will come out on 19th January, and is being previewed by another new track, ‘Postcard’. The album is the follow-up to 2014’s ‘Stay Gold’.
According to an Instagram post from the band announcing the album, ‘Ruins’ was produced by Tucker Martine and recorded at Flora Studios in Portland, Oregon. The post also comes with the album’s artwork.
The band will play a small, one-off UK show next week at Shoreditch Town Hall in London, and have announced they’re to return for three larger gigs next year, ending with a Roundhouse show.
