On the telly Florence + The Machine, Lily Allen, Young Fathers and more take to Jools
The latest series of the long-running show rolled on last night (29th May).
The latest in the new series of Later… with Jools Holland aired last night (29th May), and saw Florence + The Machine bring new album ‘High As Hope’ to the show, fresh from announcing a huge US arena tour for the Autumn with an all-star supporting cast.
She performed lead single ‘Hunger’, as well as a special rendition of ‘100 Years’ alongside Kelsey Lu on cello.
She was joined on the show by Lily Allen, who performed ballad ‘Three’ from her new record ‘No Shame’, with Jools himself taking to the piano for the performance.
Also on the latest edition of the show were Young Fathers, who made their Jools debut, performing ‘Toy’ from latest record ‘Cocoa Sugar’.
So far in the new series, we’ve seen the likes of Shame, Björk, Laura Marling’s LUMP and more go on the telly.
