Foals founding member Walter Gervers rejoins band

Foals have announced that their founding member Walter Gervers has officially rejoined the band.

Posting on Instagram with a photo of Walter with the rest of the band, Foals frontman Yannis Philippakis wrote, “After 6 years in the alpine wilderness guess who’s back in the band?!! Walter is back & better than ever. Rejoining for all the coming shows & into the future. Get ready, the boys are back in business.”

A member of the band since their 2005 formation, Gervers announced in January 2018 that he was leaving the band amicably during the recording of their fifth album ‘Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost’.
