Undoubtedly one of new album ‘What Went Down’’s best markers of Foals’ progression to beefed-up, arena-ready sensations, ‘Night Swimmers’ now boasts a shiver-inducing lyric video to add to its accolades.
Scratchy, glitching night-vision close-ups of various faceless subjects help carve a path through a woodland, while Twin Peaks aping lyrics float above the fidgety, discomforting series of clips.
‘What Went Down’ received the full five stars from us earlier in the year, before we flew to Poland to catch the band at their awe-inspiring peak.
