Foals share video for ‘Give It All’
The band’s longtime collaborator Nabil directed the new clip.
Foals have shared a melancholy new video for ‘What Went Down’ cut ‘Give It All’. The band play a near-empty show in a Paris basement, watched by a distracted man sipping whiskey to get over some heartbreak. Directed by their long-time collaborator Nabil, the clip stars Belgian actor Jérémie Renier, and French actress Caroline Fauvet.
Moving away from the snazzy ‘virtual reality’ effects in previous visuals for ‘Mountain At My Gates,’ ‘Give It All’ takes a more inward looking tact, focusing intently on one man’s memories of a now-ended relationship.
Foals recently announced an arena tour in 2016 with support from Everything Everything. They also play a string of UK dates next month, after a quick break due to doctors ordering Yannis Philippakis to rest his voice.
