Frances has unveiled ‘Borrowed Time’, the hyped-up Londoner’s latest single.
The track was written with Disclosure’s Howard Lawrence, and it finds the newcomer treading new ground. Debut track - the affecting ‘Grow’ ballad - remains her calling card, but this could easily slot into the Lawrence brothers’ latest LP, ‘Caracal’. It’s a slick but unpredictable pop track, informed by the playful dance Disclosure specialise in.
