Gaslight Anthem ‘Almost Finished’ Writing ‘American Slang’ Follow Up

The Gaslight Anthem aren’t quite finished writing their next album, but are nearly there, according to the band.

Frontman Brian Fallon, posting on Twitter, revealed: ‘We didn’t finish writing our new album, we’re ‘almost finished’ writing our new album, it’s kinda like how we’re ‘almost famous.’

The band revealed earlier this year that they had signed with Mercury Records for their forthcoming fourth full length, and would be heading into the studio after their Asbury Park Convention Hall show this Friday (9th December).
