George Ezra pulls out of Coachella performance due to viral laryngitis
Geoff posts a note to fans, stating “this is a shit feeling.”

George Ezra yesterday had to pull out of his scheduled 10th April appearance at this year’s Coachella festival.
The Californian fest was set to host the DIY favourite on Friday afternoon, with a performance scheduled for the Mohave stage. Ezra took to Twitter to tell fans that he wouldn’t be performing, after being diagnosed with viral laryngitis.
Ezra’s note states that he’s “so so sorry to anyone who was hoping to see me, this is a shit feeling.” It adds that he’ll be “taking myself to bed to rest for the next couple of days to try and be fit again for Sunday” - his second scheduled Coachella performance on 12th April is still set to take place, while he’ll aim to play the second weekend from 17th-19th April.

Coachella 2015 is being live-streamed across the whole weekend - see the schedule here.
