Good Charlotte, Taking Back Sunday, Set Your Goals & more to play Slam Dunk 2026
The likes of Cartel, Motion City Soundtrack, Cancer Bats are more will celebrate the event’s 20th anniversay next year.

The first names for next year’s 20th anniversary edition of Slam Dunk Festival have been announced, with pop-punk legends Good Charlotte set to top the bill.
Other legendary names from across the rock and emo scene include the likes of Taking Back Sunday, Set Your Goals, Cartel, Cancer Bats, Motion City Soundtrack and more. They’ll all play across the two-day event next May - which, as ever, takes place in both Hatfield and Leeds.
Speaking of their headline slot, Good Charlotte have said: “We are excited to come back and play the UK for the first time in 7 years and to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Slam Dunk will be a great time. Kicking off this next chapter of GC in the UK this way will be a lot of fun and a great precursor for what is still to come! Some of our fave shows in our career have been in the UK and this will be no exception!”
Other names announced to play the event - which will happen on the Bank Holiday weekend of Saturday 23rd May (South) and Sunday 24th May (North) - include Dashboard Confessional, Sublime, A, and Goldfinger, among many others. Next year’s event will double as the 20th anniversary of the festival, which first began as a single day event back in Leeds’ Millennium Square back in 2006.
Tickets for the festival are on sale now via their website.
