Gorillaz hit the club in the video for ‘Strobelite’
2D, Noodle, Murdoc and Russel dance the night away in the new clip.
It’s been a couple of months since the world’s most unruly cartoon band, aka Gorillaz, released their latest album ‘Humanz’.
It’s still getting people on the dancefloor though, and with a new mix of ‘Strobelite’ by KAYTRANADA coming out on the 18th, the band have shared a new video for the original. It features the whole gang hanging out in a London nightclub, and eventually getting sucked into a virtual reality vortex as they dance. Except Murdoc, he’s too busy getting the drinks in.
Gorillaz are also heading out on a UK arena tour in November and December, taking in Brighton, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, and London. Tickets are on sale now.
Earlier in the year we caught up with Gorillaz to talk about Cher-inspired reunions and their new album. Read the full feature here.
