Grimes and Bleachers share ‘Entropy’ collaboration

Taken from the soundtrack from HBO’s ‘Girls’.

A new collaboration between Grimes and Bleachers (Fun.’s Antonoff) has emerged.

‘Entropy’ is a sweet and simple meeting of minds from Antonoff and Claire Boucher. First featured on HBO’s latest season of ‘Girls’, it’s streaming below.

Last week, ‘Girls’ gave a debut to St. Vincent’s ‘Teenage Talk’ song, given exclusively to the show by Annie Clark.

This is the second Grimes-related song to emerge in the last week. She recently shared ‘REALiTi’, a demo from initial sessions to her ‘Visions’ follow-up.

Boucher recently addressed a mix-up about new material, over why she scrapped an entire album’s worth of material.

“The album was scrapped cuz it was depressing and I didn’t want to tour it,” she wrote on Tumblr.

“I just want the next album to be as good as possible. Go was never on the album anyway, it is a collaboration with a close friend that was released for fans as a ‘Thank you’ for waiting since my album was being delayed. There are only about 4 people on earth who have heard my new music. People’s opinions do not factor into my process. That is all, and hopefully this helps… I’m really not that sad or insecure of a person.”

She says the scrapped sessions may eventually be released one day.
