Grizzly Bear’s Chris Taylor to release cookbook
‘Twenty Dinners’ will hit shelves in April.
In between playing bass for Grizzly Bear, releasing solo music under the guise of CANT and co-running the Terrible Records label, Chris Taylor has also poured a fair amount of time into sharpening his culinary skills.
Now, after two years spent honing recipes at dinner parties, the multi-instrumentalist has announced details of a forthcoming cookery book, entitled ‘Twenty Dinners’.
The book maps out twenty “fully coursed, seasonally relevant meals” and was written alongside Ithai Schori and Rachael Holtzman.
Fan site Grizzly Bear Galore has further whet the appetite by posting the following description of the book:
“Through more than 100 seasonally-arranged recipes and gorgeous, evocative photographs of their parties, you fall into their world, where you have all day to put food on the table with your friends, and where there’s always time for another cocktail in a mason jar before dinner.”
‘Twenty Dinners’ will be released on April 7 2015, via Random House.
