Hear Belle And Sebastian’s new album ‘Girls In Peacetime Want To Dance’ in full

The Scottish group’s ninth album will be released new week.

Belle And Sebastian are streaming their new album ‘Girls In Peacetime Want To Dance’ a week ahead of the scheduled release. The group’s ninth album is the follow-up to 2010’s ‘Write About Love’, and gets released on 19th January via Matador. The album can be heard over on NPR.org now.

Last week, the group shared ‘The Cat With The Cream’, which followed two other singles from the release, ‘The Party Line’ and ‘Nobody’s Empire’.

‘Girls In Peacetime Want To Dance’ was produced by Ben H Allen III, whose other notable works include Animal Collective’s ‘Merriweather Post Pavillion’ and his work with Gnarls Barkley.

Alongside the release of their new album, Belle and Sebastian will promote the release with a full UK tour in May, on the following dates with tickets currently on sale.
