Honeyblood announce departure of Shona McVicar
Drummer formed one half of the Scottish duo, whose self-titled debut album came out this year.
Honeyblood have announced the departure of drummer/vocalist Shona McVicar (pictured, left) with immediate effect.
In a statement released to fans, the band confirmed that Shona is leaving “and moving on to other endeavours.”
This news follows the cancellation of two shows earlier this week, in Newcastle and Sheffield.
The remainder of Honeyblood’s UK tour will go ahead as planned this September, continuing in Leeds tomorrow night (18th September). Stina Tweedale is now joined by Cat Myers, the band’s new drummer.
