Honeyblood share new cover of Liz Phair’s ‘Mesmerizing’

One month on from releasing their superb, debut-of-the-year contender, Scottish duo Honeyblood are backing up this LP with a brand new track.

They’ve covered ‘Mesmerizing’, a song originally penned by Liz Phair, for Rookie Mag. The cover came together after Adam from FatCat Records recommended they speak to and work with Melissa Auf der Maur (former Hole / Smashing Pumpkins bassist). She then helped produce the track.

This September, Honeyblood head out on a UK headline tour.
