Iceage release new track ‘Gold City’
They’ve also announced a UK tour and a livestream show!
With their highly-anticipated new album ‘Seek Shelter’ arriving on 7th May via Mexican Summer, Iceage are giving us the latest taste of what to expect, with sizzling new song ‘Gold City’.
Speaking on the American blues-tinged new’un, Elias Bender Rønnenfelt notes, “At home and enraptured in the fleeting moment, the sky becomes technicolor in its makeshift lucidity. A culmination made so that everything felt briefly complete. Traffic lights and the setting sun through a polluted filter, shimmering and golden.”
The new track also comes alongside UK tour dates for 2022, as well as news that the band will be playing a livestream show to celebrate the release of ‘Seek Shelter’ on Saturday 22nd May. Set to be streamed at 8pm BST, the band will perform their new record in its entirety.
