Icona Pop unveil new single ‘Get Lost’
Swedish duo are following up their self-titled debut album with a new single.
A brand new Icona Pop track has emerged online after airing this morning on Swedish radio.
‘Get Lost’ rides the carpe diem train like ‘I Love It’, but also employs a guitar line that’s ridiculously Late of the Pier-esque before launching into a wob-wob-centric chorus about leaving this “fucked up world behind.”
It’s unarguably massive, potentially featuring on a follow-up to Icona Pop’s self-titled debut album, which came out in the UK in 2013.
Icona Pop recently pulled out of Dublin’s Longitude festival, but they’re set to play Denmark’s Roskilde next week (29th June - 7th July).
