IDER share a new video for ‘Body Love’
It’s the first time Megan and Lily have co-directed a clip.

Last month, London duo IDER unveiled their latest track ‘Body Love’, an ode to the positive lessons t be learned from heartbreak.
Commenting on the track at the time, Megan Markwick and Lily Somerville said: “The song accidentally became a bit of a journey for us, because we wrote it over a period of time. It started with the end of a relationship and expresses all of the doubt and loneliness that comes with that. Towards the end however, there’s a sense of acceptance and strength that appears which has actually become the purpose of the song for us. It’s kind of a ‘thank you for breaking my heart’ sort of thing”.
The new clip, which has been co-directed for the first time by Megan and Lily, shows the pair in their own bedrooms, where their demos are written and recorded before becoming the electro-pop numbers we’ve come to know. Speaking of the clip, Megan and Lily said: “We co-directed the video with our friend and director, Lewis Knaggs. We wanted it to be personal and to capture some of our world so we filmed most of it in our room and used our own footage from touring and living over the last few months”.
IDER are playing a couple of dates in Europe with Oh Wonder this month, but already have a couple of dates for 2018 lined up, including their biggest headline show to date at Rich Mix in London in March. Tickets are on sale now.
