And it was all yellow
IDER share a new video for ‘Learn To Let Go’
Like the track, it explores the nature of freedom and happiness.

Back in August, London duo IDER revealed that they’d signed to Glassnote Records and celebrated that fact by releasing a new track, ‘Learn To Let Go’.
In it, Megan Markwick and Lily Somerville presented a narrative about “finding inner confidence and freedom”, using the colour yellow specificially in a particular line because it’s a colour that “universally represents courage, happiness and self-love”.
Similarly, there’s quite a bit of yellow appearing in the new visuals for the track, which has been directed by Diana Kunst. It’s a raw yet beautiful video that follows a group of youths as they explore their own sense of freedom and courage.
Speaking of the video, the duo said: “We’d seen some of her work and fell in love with how raw and real it is - she captures natural beauty in a way we really connect to. We wanted to create something that felt real … the people in the video aren’t actors”.
