Jónsi and Alex Somers extend ‘Riceboy Sleeps’ tour with North American dates

The pair are celebrating the 10th anniversary of their 2009 album.

Earlier this year, it was announced that Jónsi & Alex Somers planned to perform their collaborative 2009 album ‘Riceboy Sleeps’ at a few UK dates this summer. Now, the pair have announced they’ll be extending the tour across North America this autumn.

Each performance will see the duo perform the album in its entirety with the Wordless Music Orchestra under the direction of Robert Ames.

The new dates announced include shows in Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago, Montreal, Toronto, Washington, and Boston before concluding on Halloween in Brooklyn.

Tickets go on sale this Friday at 10am local time. See the full dates below.
