Jamie T releases new track ‘Sycophant’
Song acts as an add-on to the ‘Carry on the Grudge’ album.
Jamie T is streaming a brand new track, ‘Sycophant’.
The song doesn’t appear on ‘Carry on the Grudge’, Jamie T’s long-awaited comeback album that came out earlier this year, leading to a surprise slot at Reading Festival and a headline show at London’s Alexandra Palace.
‘Sycophant’ is a playful addition, sharing more in common with ‘Trouble’’s “do-do-do” shake than ‘Zombie’’s instant anthem factor.
Out 12th January 2015, the song appears as a b-side on Jamie T’s new ‘Rabbit Hole’ 12”, available to pre-order here.
Next year sees Jamie T appearing at Reading & Leeds 2015, with more shows to be announced. He recently had to re-schedule a European tour, citing illness.
