Jay-Z Announces New ‘Magna Carta Holy Grail’ Album

Hot on the heels of ‘Yeezus’, the throne of hip-hop continue their ascendency with Jay-Z set to release his new album on 4th July.

Based on a commercial aired last night, the record features contributions from Pharrell, Timbaland, Rick Rubin and Swizz Beatz.

We say ‘Magna Carta Holy Grail’ is out on 4th July. There’s actually a slight difference if you check the smallprint. Samsung Galaxy users gain behind-the-scenes-access to the album via an app between 24th June and 4th July. The album becomes unlockable in said app at 12.01 PST. It goes on official sale, 7th July.
