Joanna Gruesome, H. Hawkline among 2015 Welsh Music Prize nominees
The award recognises albums released by Welsh, or Welsh-residing artists.
The nominees for this year’s Welsh Music Prize have been announced.
The award - won last year by Joanna Gruesome for debut album, ‘Weird Sister’ - recognises records by Welsh - or Welsh-based artists, as chosen by a judging panel including local promoters, record shop owners and industry professionals across Wales.
Joanna Gruesome are once again nominated, this time for May’s ‘Peanut Butter’, with other notable nominees being H. Hawkline’s ‘In The Pink of Condition’ and Gwenno’s ‘Y Dydd Olaf’.
