Julia Holter is releasing a new live studio album in March

It’s set to feature tracks from throughout her career.

Julia Holter released her last album ‘Have You In My Wilderness’ in 2015, but now she’s unveiled plans for a new live studio album.

‘In The Same Room’ is due out on 31st March. While it does feature a number of songs from ‘Wilderness,’ it also includes tracks from across her career, including her 2013’s ‘Loud City Song’ and 2012’s ‘Ekstasis’. The collection was recorded by Julia and her band at RAK Studios not too long after their set at this year’s Green Man Festival.

The collection is being released on the new Domino Documents imprint. Inspired by classic BBC sessions, the imprint will be releasing albums recorded in no more than a day or two.

Julia has also shared a brand new reworking of ‘So Lillies’, originally from her debut album ‘Tragedy’, which you can listen to below, alongside the tracklisting.

1. Horns Surrounding Me
2. So Lilies
3. Silhouette
4. How Long
5. Feel You
6. Lucette Stranded On The Island
7. In The Green Wild
8. City Appearing
9. Vasquez
10. Betsy On The Roof
11. Sea Calls Me Home
