Julia Jacklin shares new song ‘Comfort’

It’s the latest preview of ‘Crushing’, out next week via Transgressive.

Julia Jacklin releases her second album ‘Crushing’ next week via Transgressive, and has shared another new track in advance.

‘Comfort’ follows comeback single ‘Body’, recent track ‘Head Alone’ and most recent cut ‘Pressure To Party’ in previewing the follow-up to the Aussie’s 2016 debut ‘Don’t Let The Kids Win’.

“Happy Valentine’s Day! On tour with First Aid Kit last year I crossed the highway from our Super 8 motel just outside of Santa Rosa, New Mexico and stumbled upon this strange water park,” Julia explains of the origin of the new song.

“I ran back and dragged Nick out of his bed yelling, “we must make a video!” we only had an hour before we needed to start driving to the next show but we managed to get enough footage of me looking sad to make the clip.”

The singer is set to take ‘Crushing’ on a UK tour next month.
