Kate Nash unveils technicolour video for Record Store Day track ‘Agenda’
The singer also recently completed a Kickstarter to fund her forthcoming fourth LP
Kate Nash has unveiled the playful, technicolour video for new single ‘Agenda’ - the title track from her recent Record Store Day EP - featuring the singer drinking pink champagne in a bath, taking selfies and riding a giant piñata.
Nash is also rocking some serious Girli vibes in the video. DIY spies some kindred spirits.
Meanwhile, yesterday (May 4th), the Harrow-born singer completed a Kickstarter to fund her fourth record.
Writing about the decision to eschew the normal label process, Nash said:
“There’ve been times I have wondered if I should be moulding myself to fit more neatly into boxes so that someone in a suit will want to give me money. And those times SUCK and make me sad and confused about the meaning of life and myself. So like, fuck that! Physically seeing your reactions to my new music on tour and coming up to the 10 year anniversary of my first record has made me SO reflective. It’s clear to me that I need to push forward independently.”
