Kwabs announces four UK headline shows
His new live performances come ahead of the release of his debut album in May.
Following on from the announcement of his debut album last week, Kwabs has announced plans for four upcoming live shows.
The singer, who last week confirmed that his first full-length ‘Love + War’ will be released in May, has now plotted performances in Brighton, Bristol, Birmingham and Manchester, ahead of its release.
Our Class of 2015 star’s schedule looks as follows.
APRIL
21 Komedia, Brighton
22 Thekla, Bristol
25 Hare & Hounds, Birmingham
26 Gorilla, Manchester
Tickets for the shows go on sale this Friday (13th February) at 9am, with a special pre-sale kicking off on Wednesday (11th February).
A few weeks after the shows, the London newcomer will put out his debut offering on 18th May via Atlantic Records, following his two previous EPs and last year’s ‘Walk’ single.
‘Love + War’ is being led by ‘Perfect Ruin’, a slick new track that comes accompanied by an icy, mid-winter video filmed in Scandinavia. George Bellfield directs the video, with Kwabs calling the new song “one of my favourite tracks on the album,” adding: “… of everything it’s probably the song fans have most wanted to hear finished.” Check out the video below.
