News La Dispute Stream ‘Conversations’ Audio Interview

, La Dispute unveiled plans to team up with the non-profit organisation 826michigan in raising money by selling 150 packets containing their 'Conversations' package.

The packets contained an array of materials, including a zine of polaroids taken on tour and during the recording process, a poster, postcards, and a collection of poems and short stories written by 826michigan students.

'Conversations' is also an audio interview with La Dispute's lead singer Jordan Dreyer, 'about the stories and themes presented in 'Wildlife'. The interview is also coupled with movements from Chad’s “Mixtapes” (which were ideas recorded on a dictaphone that would later shape some of the songs on Wildlife). Everything is open for interpretation by the listener, of course, but it does give a little more insight into the concept of the record.'

The band are now streaming the entire audio interview, which can be listened to below.



La Dispute will join Hot Water Music for a short European tour this summer, whilst also appearing at this year's Download Festival.
