LA Priest previews debut album with ‘Lorry Park’
Hear another warped take from the mind of Sam Dust.
Sam Dust aka LA Priest has unveiled a third take from his debut album, ‘Inji’.
‘Lorry Park’ is a twisted and deranged addition to the post-Late of the Pier canon. Building on disassembled vocal loops, it brings disjointed sounds in line and finds structure through hyper-digitised shrieks.
This new track links up with lead single ‘Oino’ and the epic ‘Party Zute / Learning to Love’ in previewing Dust’s first work. It’s out 29th June on Domino.
LA Priest is playing the DIY x Shacklewell Arms Stage at Field Day this weekend - catch him on stage from 5pm on Saturday 6th June.
LA Priest will play Field Day (6th-7th June), where DIY is an official media partner. Tickets are on sale now. Visit diymag.com/presents for more information.
