Laura Marling to star in a new short film at London Short Film Festival
‘Woman Driver’ is set to feature new music from the songwriter.
Laura Marling is set to star in a new short film, airing 14th January at London Short Film Festival.
Directed by Chris Perkel and starring Casey Thomas Brown, it’s set to contain new music from Marling, who releases her new album, appropriately titled ‘Short Movie’, on 23rd March.
‘Woman Driver’ airs first at London’s Hackney Picturehouse, as the London Short Film Festival enters its twelfth year, spanning from 9-18 January.
So far, Marling has aired the title track from her new studio album. It’s the first of her records to be self-produced. See the tracklist below.
